1. I have not run since Sunday.
2. I drank my dinner in the form of red wine last night.
3. I've eaten out nearly every day this week.
4. I ruined expensive organic free range chicken. I baked it, and rather than put it in the fridge when we didn't eat it, I turned off the oven and left it in there all night.
Fess up peeps!

ouch! that chicken had to hurt.
i'm having long john silver's for lunch. that never ends well.
I haven't ran in awhile. Need to change that tonight.
1. I had breakfast at 5:30 this morning, and had nothing else to eat until 6 PM tonight. Not starving myself, just busy/distracted.
2. I spilled coffee on a library book. Then confessed to the library. Then had to pay an exorbitant price to replace the book.
3.I took a 3 hour nap yesterday afternoon. This is not the best way to recover from jet lag. Whoops?
