1. I drove to the gym ran 1 mile and drove right back home.
2. I have run 4 miles this week.
3. Apparently throwing food on a spot in the corner of my yard is not composting like I thought.
4. Apparently my dogs have been getting extra meals by eating my "compost"

popped the blisters on my hand despite my doctor's warnings not to...
stuck said blisters in jay's face to gross him out...
when asked about the blisters on my hand i told everyone at work i had leoprosy and walked around saying "unclean unclean!" whenever i got on the elevator with someone
